At Dindi Naturals, growth has never meant standing still.

Over the years, our range has expanded, shaped by your feedback, inspired by Australia’s landscape and grounded in our commitment to natural, purposeful formulations. As we step into 2026, we’re entering a new chapter. One that is more refined, more resilient and more intentional than ever.

Recently, we made the considered decision to discontinue or pause a small number of products within our collection.

We want to share why.

Why We’re Refining Our Range

This decision hasn’t been made lightly. Many of the products being retired are genuinely loved by so many in the Dindi community.

Instead, this refinement comes down to three core commitments:

• Consistency of supply

• Packaging suitability and sustainability

• Maintaining the highest quality standards across all channels

As we grow, it’s essential that every product we offer meets these benchmarks. If we can’t confidently support a product long term, whether due to packaging challenges, supply reliability, or evolving sustainability standards, we believe it’s better to pause, improve and return stronger.

Reflecting After the 2026 Bushfires

The bushfires at the beginning of 2026 deeply impacted communities across Victoria and gave us pause as a business.

They were a powerful reminder that resilience matters, not just in nature, but in how we operate. We revisited our sourcing, packaging and long-term supply decisions to ensure we are building a range that is strong, responsible and sustainable.

Paused, Not Goodbye

Some products are being permanently discontinued while others, including our bath salts and diffuser kits are being paused while we finalise improved packaging solutions that better protect product integrity and ensure reliable supply.

We won’t overpromise timelines, but these lines are being thoughtfully reworked, not forgotten.

If your usual product is unavailable, our team is always here to guide you toward alternatives that honour the same scent, function, or ritual. Sometimes change opens the door to discovering a new favourite!

Dindi Naturals will always evolve, but that evolution is guided by care, responsibility and the community that supports us. We’re incredibly proud of where we’re heading and grateful to have you with us as we continue to grow.
